Where can I redeem my voucher or promotional code?
You can redeem your coupon code directly in the shopping basket. Please enter your code in the field provided and click on "Redeem here!”.
What do I do if my coupon code doesn't work?
Please check whether you have entered the code correctly. If your coupon has a minimum order value or a time limit, please ensure that these are currently applicable. Information about this is available on your coupon. If all data is correct and your coupon still does not work, please contact our customer service team.
Can I also redeem my coupon once I've already placed my order?
Subsequent consideration of vouchers is unfortunately not possible.
Can I use several coupons for one order?
It is not possible to combine discount codes and vouchers. Only one code may be redeemed per order.
