Refund Policy

We are committed to quality and your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 Days of purchase.

However, we must ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Items must be in original condition
• All frames and canvas must be included
• All items must be returned in the manufacturer’s packaging (cardboard box), which must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you

To return your order, simply follow these steps:

1. Email info@canvasdiscount.com (or call us at 305.759.7800) to let us know:
• The order number and email address used to make the order
• The reason for the return
• Whether we can offer you a replacement or that you prefer a refund
2. Our customer service team will email you a Fedex Return Label.
3. Follow the instructions provided in the email and then bring the package to your nearest Fedex Drop Off Location.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
