The right canvas size depends on where it is going. For a desk, a shelf or as a filler in a gallery wall, stay small — 8" x 8" up to 12" x 8" — which is the range our mini canvas prints cover.

In a hallway, a bedroom or above a dresser, a mid-size canvas between 16" x 20" and 20" x 30" sits best. Both gallery wrapped and framed canvas prints work at this size, so the choice comes down to whether you want the image running edge-to-edge or a defined border around it.
